Shipping and Return Policy



We will dispatch your order within 2 - 3 working days after your payment is confirmed. You will receive the tracking information via email once the order is dispatched.


Shipping will take 3-5 working days (depends on country) PLUS order processing time (2-3 working days). You can expect your order in 5-10 working days (may extend also due to circumstances)

Courier Service picks up shipments from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, with some exceptions including holidays.

Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

We use the courier like: Shiprocket, DHL, DTDC, Indian post etc.

NOTE: We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to bad weather conditions, custom clearance issues, remote delivery locations, public strikes, incorrect or incomplete delivery address information, failed delivery attempts by Courier or Postal Agents and etc.


Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our return policy comes into effect.


We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a refund or replacement, email us at [email protected] your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

  • If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives of same price, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.
  • If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.

Any legal issues will be settled in Kanpur jurisdiction only
